爱找房 AiFind（aifind.ca，以下称「本网站」或「我们」）是由地产经纪 Susie Zhang 创办的网站和 App。

使用本网站，即表示你接受以下具有法律约束力的条款。请仔细阅读。如果你不同意，请不要使用本网站。

注册并使用本网站的会员功能，表示你与地产经纪 Susie Zhang 建立合法的消费者与地产经纪关系，以便查看房源、成交和市场信息。这本身不构成代理关系或买方/卖方代表协议。任何代表或代理协议（例如买方代表协议、卖房挂牌协议）都必须另外以书面形式签署。

一、隐私政策

本隐私政策说明我们通过本网站收集哪些个人信息、怎么使用和分享、你有哪些选择、我们怎样保护信息，以及怎样更正信息。本政策只适用于通过本网站收集的信息。更详细的说明见隐私条款页面。

收集哪些信息。使用部分功能前需要注册，注册时需要填写邮箱和密码，可选填姓名、电话、微信号。在「联系 Susie」页面留言时会填写姓名、邮箱和需求。你在网站上的活动（打开过哪些页面、浏览器类型、IP 地址）可能会记录在我们的数据库里。密码只以加密（哈希）形式保存，我们自己也看不到。

AiFind (aifind.ca, the "Website", "we", "us") is a website and app founded by real estate salesperson Susie Zhang.

YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, PLEASE EXIT THIS WEBSITE.

By registering for and using the member features of this Website, you acknowledge entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with Susie Zhang for the purpose of accessing listing, sales and market information. That acknowledgement does not by itself create a designated representation or agency agreement between you and Susie Zhang or her brokerage. Any representation or agency agreement (such as a Buyer Representation Agreement or a Listing Agreement) must be entered into separately and executed in writing.

1. Privacy Policy

This privacy notice outlines the privacy practices of this Website. It covers only information gathered through this Website and tells you what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, how we protect it, and how to correct it. See also our privacy policy page.

Information we collect. Some features require registration, which asks for your email and a password, and optionally your name, phone number and WeChat ID. A message through the Contact Susie page asks for your name, email and what you need. Your activity on this Website (pages viewed, browser type, IP address) may be stored in our database. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot see them.

How we use it. Mainly to respond to your requests, send you the information you ask for, and follow up with you about the homes or schools you are interested in. Unless you refuse, we may email you about real estate news, new services or updates to this policy, within the limits of applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your data. Susie Zhang owns the information gathered on this Website. We will not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it outside our organization except as needed to fulfil your request (for example, when you ask us to connect you with a real estate lawyer, mortgage broker or home inspector).

Cookies and CAPTCHA. We use cookies to keep you logged in and to count visits, and your browser's local storage to remember your language. The "I'm not a robot" check at sign-up and login runs on our own server and does not send your information to a third-party verification company.

2. Content and accuracy

While this Website and Susie Zhang strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information on the Website or mentioned in face-to-face, phone, WeChat or email conversations. You are encouraged to verify information as you see fit. In particular:

  • Open houses and MLS® listing information: this information comes from the MLS® System. What this Website shows may not be real-time and is for reference only; times and listing details may change or be cancelled at any time. Please verify the latest information on the TRREB or CREA (REALTOR.ca) websites or with the listing brokerage.
  • School rankings and boundaries: rankings come from the Fraser Institute and boundaries from public school board information; some boundaries were drawn by us from school board PDF maps and are approximate. Boundaries can change every year. Always confirm with the school board before buying.
  • News, articles and the budget calculator are general information and estimates only, not legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Please consult the appropriate professional.
  • Some listing information, photos, renderings and logos come from builders, listing brokerages or other third parties, who are responsible for them. You may find some content objectionable; this Website is not responsible for third-party content.

While we strive for error-free and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions and are not liable for any damage they may cause.

3. External links and third-party technology

This Website may link to other websites (for example school boards, the Fraser Institute or government sites). We are not responsible for their content or services; you visit them at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

You agree that you use the Content and services of this Website at your own risk and are fully responsible for how you use the Content. This Website, Susie Zhang and her brokerage are not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of this Website or our services. You agree to indemnify us for any loss or third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms.

5. Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Terms

By accessing this Website you agree to follow the TRREB Terms, which apply to any Listing Information from TRREB's MLS® System displayed on this Website now or in the future:

  1. (i) The Consumer acknowledges entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with the member, real estate salesperson Susie Zhang.
  2. (ii) All Listing Information obtained by the Consumer from this Website is intended only for the Consumer's personal, non-commercial use.
  3. (iii) The Consumer has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type being offered through this Website.
  4. (iv) The Consumer will not copy, redistribute, retransmit or otherwise use any of the data or Listing Information provided, except in connection with the Consumer's consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property.
  5. (v) The Consumer will not, directly or indirectly, display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any Listing Information to another individual or entity. The prohibited uses expressly include "scraping" (including "screen scraping" and "database scraping"), "data mining" or any other activity intended to collect, store, re-organize, summarize or manipulate any Listing Information or any related data.
  6. (vi) The Consumer acknowledges TRREB's ownership of, and the validity of TRREB's proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, TRREB's MLS® System, Listing Information and any related information.
